The law firms of Cavalluzzo LLP and Roy O'Connor LLP have issued a proposed class action lawsuit on behalf of the proposed representative plaintiff Calvin Wong against the Toronto Dominion Bank and TD Securities Inc.
The proposed class action alleges that over a number of years TD Bank and TD Securities failed to properly pay vacation and holiday pay on employees' incentive and other pay under their respective Employee Incentive Programs, as required by statute.
The proposed class of people covered by this claim consists of most TD Bank and TD Securities employees. The Statement of Claim sets out precisely who is in the Class.
