George is an associate at Roy O’Connor LLP. His litigation practice includes a wide range of commercial, civil and class action litigation and arbitration matters.
George has appeared as counsel before all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as various tribunals. His cases include major Canadian class proceedings, complex contractual and commercial disputes, matters involving breaches of warranty, misrepresentations and fraud, product liability and consumer claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and discipline matters, and employment-related matters including breaches of fiduciary duties and restrictive covenants. George acts for a range of clients including corporations and not-for-profit corporations, individuals and families, and professionals.
George previously articled with Roy O’Connor. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2015 and received his JD from Queen’s University in 2014. While in law school, George was heavily involved with Queen’s Legal Aid, as a volunteer caseworker, student leader and summer caseworker. George also volunteered as an assistant editor of the Queen’s Law Journal. George received course prizes in Advanced Torts and Advocacy on Motions.
